Default Settings can't be saved.

Please help me with the following problems.

1) Getting back to the previous folder settings despite changing the looks
of folders by pressing the "folders" button. I don't want the contents of
folders in trees which is in the left column.

2) Regarding IE's favorites, folders of favorites can't be removed or renamed.

I think the registries must be changed to fix these problems.
