ISTR there was a setting which allowed you to choose between rounded
or squared corners of tooltip's yellow popup box.

Can someone tell me how to do this please.

PS - I am referring to the yellow box which pops up when the cursor
hovers over a desktop item or an item in Win Explorer. I believe
these are called TOOLTIPS or INFOTIPS.

I am told that BALLOON TIPS which appears as a yellow box from icons
in the system tray/notification area are a different thing.
