Default Start menu

My PC has been installed using an image in my company. In Taskbar and Start
Menu Properties, Start Menu tab, there is only an option for Classic Start
menu radio button, and no Start menu button to select, so I cannot switch to
Windows XP start menu. Could anyone tell me how to show the Start menu radio
button?

Is this your home PC or the company's PC? If your home PC then go to
Start>Run type: gpedit.msc click Ok
Navigate to User Configuration>Admin Templates>Start Menu and
Taskbar>Force Classic Start Menu>rt click and select
Properties>If it's enabled then change to disable. If this is the
company's PC ignore the preceding instructions. Don't mess
with it.
