Default Have WinXp start in classic for each user.

Hello all,

I have two new Xp Sp2 PC's I need to set up for our network at work and
all of our systems start in the "classic" mode when someone logs in.
However, by default when a new user logs in it starts with the XP look.
I want it to start in classic mode for every user that logs in, even if
it is their first time loggin onto one of these particular PC's. Is
this a registry change or a Group Policy issue?

Thank You all very much for the timely replies, you are life savers!
The first link to the MS KB article did it, however the other articles
were great too and will help me in the future. I really appreciate it!
