I downloaded a desktop theme package (i.e. background, wallpaper, icons,
sounds)which changed the wallpaper that appears at boot up and when the
computer is shutting down. I removed the entire theme from my computer but
the unwanted wallpaper is still there. Does anyone know how to change it or
get rid of it?

Try to look through the registry for any entries for any theme package and
remove them

Try to download windows Installer from
http://beqiraj.com/windows/msi/index.asp

Restart always PC

Thanks for the tip. I had removed the theme package but I just can't get rid
of that picture. The wallpaper pic I want to get rid of is an Application
file and the despcription is Windows Logon UI. Do you have any idea on how
to change it?
