Tried this, it didn't work. Still no option for HTML.

Then something is wrong in your file associations for HTML. Type in Start,
Run:

cmd /c assoc .htm=htmlfile
regsvr32 /i mshtml
regsvr32 /i shdocvw

Apply David's REG fix.

First command should be:
cmd /c assoc .html=htmlfile
