Default Screen Resolution.

Could anybody help me increase my resolution from 640 X 480 to 800 X 600. I
have tried everything suggested at this time. Some of the recommended fix
options appear to be unavailable to me. I cannot move the slider for example.
These options are grayed out. Thank you for any ideas. Norm.

You are probably using an incorrect driver for your video card. Identify
your card, go to the manufacturer's site, and follow their instructions to
download and install the correct driver.
