Hello,
Our complete desktop Icons and Taskbar are both missing. I have two logins and they both have the same results. I can get to the programs through TaskManager. I had some trouble with a trojan virus and lots of spyware. I've tried the fix on kelly's site...did not work. Explorer.exe is not running in task manager. When I ran the fix, it does not start explorer.exe. When I run a New task from task manager as explorer.exe, I get a pop up that says that Explorer has problems and has to close. Still no icons. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I would appreciate it greatly. Bonnie |
