I use windowblinds to add themes, everything used to work great. Recently my
taskbar will not skin... can't even switch away from classic bar! I can
choose XP- style, but it doesn't change anything and when i reopen disp.
prop. taskbar is changed back to classic. I did uninstall Windowblinds, but
still couldn't choose XP taskbar, reinstalled WB, still same problem. All
other programs skin as they should. Recently upgraded Mboard, chipset, mem,
and to service pack 2. Problem started before these upggrades. And yes i've
installed latest drivers. Would appreciate any help with this annoyance!

Reset Windows to the state before you installed WB.
