Default Getting rid of Office keystroke preemption

Hi, please help me start the new year off right. I would like to get
of Office usurping many of the Ctrl+alt keystroke combinations to start
up Office programs on my Win XP Pro system. For example, Alt+Ctrl+o
starts off Microsoft Outlook calendar. Alt+Ctrl+e starts off or
switches to Excel. And so on. How do I remove this behaviour?

Thanks,
Csaba Gabor from Vienna

This is no standard behaviour. Check the Properties of the Office
shortcuts on the Desktop and Start Menu and remove the hotkeys from
there.

I would suspect that you are referring to a system at your work, not
your home computer, as the shortcut keys are set to none by default.
They can be reset in the property tab of the offending application's
icon.
