Default Spy Sheriff

I have a niece that has Spy Sheriff on her CPU. She don't know any thing
about computers. Her mom and dad don't have the time to fix it and it is up
to me to fix it.(I don't have the time to go over there and fix it) The hard
thing is how do I get a kid to use regedit what if he/she deletes the wrong
key is there not a fix out there so a kid can fix this if not will some one
make a fix for a kid

One more thing. Has any one used XoftSpy is it OK?

Can call Microsoft at 800 877 8849, although they may ask for credit card
info this will be a free call since it is malware related. The major spyware
removers will handle it including the one you mentioned. She can get a 14
day free download of
Spysweeper which will remove it.
