Default Start | "All Programs"

Suppose you've installed a new program, and for some reason the new program
doesn't appear in the Start | "All Programs" menu.

Can someone tell me how you can add a program, to the Start | "All program"
menu after-the-fact, i.e., after it's been installed?

Thanks!

Right click on the Start button and select explore. It will open Explorer
in the correct folder for your start menu. Now you can copy and paste
shortcuts to the start menu.

The post by Thomas tells you how to do it for your own Start Menu. If
you want it to show up for the Start menu for all users, when right
clicking the start button choose Explore All Users.

Or ..........
Open up the folder that contains all the program files (should bein PROGRAM
FILES) & look for the main EXE file that opens the program. (you can try it)
Right click it & select CREATE SHORTCUT & then drag that onto the start
button, wait for it to open, & then drag onto ALL PROGRAMS & then drag &
drop it in the list.
Right click on it & rename it if you want to shorten the name.
