I actually know what file it's looking for, and it is not part of 98. However one of the other apps install it in the 98 resource kit. This is because it is a common file and people don't distribute it as you most likely got it from somewhere else.

I'm sure if you post the error message people will tell you what to do.

David,

Just in case you or anyone else is interested, I got cliptray from the Win98
Resource kit working on WinXP98. It really wasn't a problem and when I got
to thinking about it, I realized that it is pretty much a stand-alone
app--no registry entries, nada. I had to copy some system files from Win98
but since they have no same-name analogues in WinXP, I figure they should be
accessed only for clip tray's use.

Anyway...it looks good, works good and I'm happy.
