Default No hardware detection in FS9

I just reinstalled my operating system, and all driver updates.Installed FS9
and it does not show my video card in the "settings" menu,I've tried a
reinstall 3 times and still get nothing. All of my other games see my
videocard and they work fine. Does this have something to do with XP? Directx
9c ATI 9800 vid card.

Hi Alan,

Does "all driver updates" include chipset drivers?
Chipset drivers are easily and often overlooked.

Click Start / Run > type: dxdiag
Are you able to pass all the video tests?

Hi Connor Dowling,

Those are the drivers that enable the 3D graphic abilities of your PC:
