runescape/again

i followed the advice on the last post, but it says that "windows has found a
problem with this file: jinstal-1_4_2-windows-i586.cab the file was blocked
because it does not have a valid digital signaturethat verifies the publisher.
what do i do to fix this

Hi bobthe1337,

You should add Java.com to your trusted sites list and
then visit their site to install the latest version of Java.

Trusted sites are added in Internet Explorer:
Click Tools
Internet Options
Security
Trusted Sites
Uncheck the box for https sites
Type: Java.com and click Add...
Click OK

plz help me fix this it is incredibly annoying. the same little windows is
still popping up and saying the exact same thing.

sry about that ive just realized. the previous post did help,but it was
written oddly so i didnt understand what it meant before.
