i just bought a sim city 3000 game and it installs fine but when i try to
start the game the screen goes black and then it returns to the windows
screen and i get an error message saying unknown exception. thats all no
other reason or explanation all i can do is close it. if anyone knows whats
going on please help me.

Hi Teneisha,

According to the reports at ntcompatible.com that is a common
problem with that game. It might be due to file errors during the
installation. The first solution to try is to reinstall the game.
