Default cancelled download...

I finally finished downloading a very large file from the internet, but just
as the 'saving' box popped up I was typing, and accidentally hit space and
closed it! Is there any way to get that file back without downloading the
whole thing all over again?

Hi Meghan,

Which location did you specify at the beginning of the file
transfer when Internet Explorer prompted you for a destination?
