Trying to install get error messages: '_is1.tmp has encountered a problem &
needs to close'; _isC.tmp...'; _is2.tmp...' I am trying to install on a
Dell 1.6 Ghz P4, 256 mb ram; have an ATI Radeon 9550 video card. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.. bought for daughter's Christmas and cannot
get loaded. Installed the video card today.. same mssg. thanks.

Hi GMil,

You might need to cleanup your hard drive first:
Click My Computer / Rightclick the Drive & Choose Properties
/ Run the "Disk Cleanup..." / Next Click the "Tools" Tab and run
the "Error-Checking" and "Defragmentation" utilities.

Afterwards...
1. Startup your system in SAFE MODE by pressing F8 repeatedly
while your system is booting up after you've shut down your system

2. Log in with an account you've created as a "Computer Administrator"
account that you'll use to play the game, but don't use a Limited account.
