Hi beautyqueen,

You need to do one of two things to avoid the error:
"Cannot create music swap file" when launching:
Where in the USA is Carmen Sandiego?®

1. Grant the users Modify access to your account to prevent this message.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Riverdeep\

2. Use an administrator account to install and play games.

Hi beautyqueen,

Right click on the folder that the game is installed to, and make sure
that you have all rights to that folder, and that it's not set to read only.
- Apply to subfolders and files when prompted to do so..
