I have two Pcs at home and both are connected, how can I play Hearts with the
other PC on my network?

Sadly you can't. They only support play against random people across the
internet.

Don't quote me on this but I think there's a Hearts game on the MSN Zone
(http://zone.msn.com) which I believe you can invite in specific people to
play using something like Messenger.
