Same Problem exactly, Saved games load as paused, cannot get Game to Resume,
Frustrating. Went to website, not much help. Not sure what the solution
is, nothing in the directions. Guess this is just another Microsoft bug?

Hi Green Wrath,

Press the "Pause/Break" key on your keyboard to resume the game.
Saved games are launched in "Paused" mode by design. :-)
