WinXP and Memorystick

Hi

I have several new computers with Win XP SP2 fully patched. All of the
users are member of Domain Users.

I have one users that trys to use a memorystick, but it wont show when
it put into the computer. When I log on localy with admin user, it
works fine. When I add the user into local admin, it still fail.

When I try to put the memorystick in an other computer (with a
different domain users) it works fine.

Why cant I use the memory-stick on this one user?

Any tip would be fine
