Default LSA Shell (Export Version) ???

Looking at Process Explorer this morning, I noticed my lsass process has
this (Export Version) tag in the description.

I've noticed this before, but I'm wondering....

Does this mean somehow I've got a portion of my WinXP installation that is
meant for "Export", that is, out-side the US/Canada?

Or does this mean this version of the exe can be "Exported"...meaning some
information can be exported from it?

??? The MS KB does not mention anything (that I found) regarding this, so I
thought maybe someone here might know...

Rich

Who knows what (Export Version) really means?

MS could have named it LSA Shell (Billy Joe Jim Bob Version) or LSA
Executable and Server DLL (Billy Joe Jim Bob Version.)

Maybe the Shadow knows. ;-)
