Default Copying hard drives

Hello my current hard drive has alot of bad sectors on it,is it possible to
copy it onto another hard drive so i don't lose all of my informaion?

The ideal solution would be to back up the hard drive on
to another hard drive, external hard drive or other media
by copying the files. Making a disk image would be less
desirable since a sector-by-sector copy may also include
imaging any bad sectors.

Yes, copy all your stuff onto another drive. It is going south, so don't
wait. Note that some harddrives have manufacturer's warrantees of a year
while others up to three years. If your drive is less than three years old
and has gone belly up and there is a warrantee, get the manufacturer to
replace it.
