That would be KB912919. I reregistered the <shmgvw.dll> and removed the
"hexblog" fix prior to installing the update, don't know if that is necessary, but, thought it would be advisable to avoid any conflict. I have found at least 4 systems, clean systems, that won't install the update via Windows Update (running XP SP2 and all updates).
