I' m trying to reinstall my HP all in one printer. Every time I install the
software I get print spooler not running message. I went to Component
Services and when I click on start, I'm getting a error 1068 the dependancy
service r group failed to start message when I try to restart print
spooler.Is there anyone out there that can help me.

You can try installing xp cd,exit the info page,go to run,type:cmd In cmd
type:VERIFY ON Then type:Sfc /Scannow When the utility is thru,type:
CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,then type:EXIT Restart computer,remove xp cd.
