I just purchased a new Dell Inspiron Laptop computer with a 17" wide
screen WUXGA display (16:9, 1920x1200). I am running Win XP Pro. It is a beautiful machine, and the display has fantastic clarity, but the default display print size is too small for old eyes to read in Thunderbird and Firefox. Since this involves both programs, I am cross posting. I have gone to the Desktop > Properties > Appearance box and changed "Font size" to large, and then to the Advanced button and increased some of the settings there which has solved some of the problems, but within individual programs I am still having problems. Does anyone have any suggestions? Oliver -- Cheers! OliverS When replying personally, remove "_nospam_" "When I see an adult on a bicycle, I do not despair for the future of the human race."
