Default Sharing

I have accessed the C\Documents and Settings\Peter folder on my desktop
computer from my networked laptop for a very long time with no problems.
All of a sudden I can no longer access the Peter folder.
If I look at the sharing setting on Documents and Settings, all check boxes
are as expected (ie: private is unchecked, share this folder on the network
is checked.

However, if I look at the Peter folder, the private box is checked and
greyed out and the share this folder --- box is also checked but greyed out.
Below that is the message "The options on this tab are disabled because this
folder is in another folder that is private".

How can I make the Peter folder accessable again so I can get at the My
Documents folder?

Peter
