Default Maintain created/modified date when copying a lot of files

I am switching to a larger hard drive and I am planning to move a lot of my
files over to that disk. Is there any easy way to preserve the
created/modified dates of all the files/folders? I was able to find some
tools on the web that can do this for a single file, but I am not about going
through every file on my disk and do it manually.

Thanks
