Hi,

Winlogon.exe errors are frequently caused by the netsky virus. Symantec's
netsky removal tool:

Many viruses hide themselves from detection, and therefore removal, in
normal mode. Scanning and removal procedures should be done in Safe mode to
minimize the chances of something slipping past you.

How to start in Safe mode:
