Since you didn't find Automatic restart in Help and support, do it this way.

R-click on "My Computer", select Properties, select Advanced, towards
the bottom click the "Settings" button in the "Startup and recovery"
section. Now in the "System failure" area UNcheck "Automatically
restart" and Check "Write an event to the system log". OK, Apply, OK.
Now the next time it happens you should have and error screen AND there
should be an entry in the viewer with a time matching the crash.
