Is it better to have Windows set to "automatic" or "download updates but let
me choose when to install them"? |

If the machine is for business purposes, I usually have them set to download
and notify (that way I can test the different hotfixes/patches - only use this if you actually test updates and keep up with the security bulletins.), however if the machine is for home use, I usually configure it to download and install.
