When i create the second account i don't see it in Documents ans Settings. I
need it there in order to copy the files over there right? And in my User
Accounts the administrator name showing there is different than the one i
wanna change in Documents and Settings, why is that?

After the account is created, the user has to login for the profile tree to be created.
