msconfig.exe runs fine and it is in it's proper place in
C:\Windows\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe. I can click on it or make a shortcut to it on my desktop, and it works. What I can't do is type "msconfig" in the "Run" area and make it work. In Googling for info, I found that in my registry, if I go: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Software Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion App Paths and look under MSConfig.exe, under "Data" there is "value not set" in parentheses when there is supposed to be the path to MSconfig.exe Is there a way to fix this? How? Thanks, Ma No |
