word won't open
Help. Word won't open, or is giving me an option to open in safe mode or not.

Uninstall Word, then reinstall it.

Hi,
Click start/find, search for normal.dot. When located, delete it. Try deleting "Normal.dot" file. If that doesn't work, post your question
