Thanks Rick and all you others who responded.

Been away for a couple of days, sorry for the delay

Just went through the sequence you posted and the prob is still the same, so
here's a copy from the following, hope you can see a problem there

Hi,

Here is the problem:

"MyWebSearch Email Plugin"=" "

Go back into the registry to the first key, click on the key then locate
the string in the right pane that loads the above entry. Click on that
string in the right pane and hit the delete key.

Everything else looks ok, but the blank space in between the quotes in the
above entry is what is causing the problem.
