Thanks for that but unfortunately my ISP does not offer this group, can
you suggest a provider I can add to my list please?

Why not just add the MS news server to your news reader manually? Is your
ISP preventing that?

For the server name use news.microsoft.com.

Just a suggestion.

Microsoft's news server is msnews.microsoft.com.

Interesting I have my Outlook express pointing to news.microsoft.com and
posting just fine, I will try the other to see if there are any other
benefits for it.
