So I did as you suggested and downloaded WhoLockedMe. When a file
loced up I ran it and got the following Locker Name PID Opened File Handle Domain User System 0x000... C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\DCN.rar 0x05C4 NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM System 0x000... C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\DCN.rar 0x5D3C NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM System 0x000... C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\DCN.rar 0x69D4 NT AUTHORITY SYSTEM System 0x000...
