Default Drive Letter Access Component

I get "Drive Letter Access Component" has experienced a problem and must
close. Anyone know what this is?

Do you have DLA or Sonic DLA or any veritas software on the system?

Default RE: Drive Letter Access Component

That would be DLA that comes with Sonic or HP cd/dvd burning software. It is
like Roxio's Drag to Disc or Nero's InCd. It is a program that enables you to
drag and drop onto cd's and dvd's and rw's. If you have any of that type of
software you may need to uninstall and reinstall. If it's enabled there will
be an icon for it down in your systray.

I am pretty sure it is the Sonic Software. I'll check that out and see if
that is it. Thanks
