Default Norton Internet Security Subscriptions

I currently have Norton Internet Security 2005 installed on my desktop and
have recently renewed my subscription. I received a new laptop for
christmas, with a 90 day trial of NIS 2005. I want to know if I can use the
same subscription on both computers when the trial has finished.

Can't say for sure on later versions, but previously Symantec would allow
up to 4 "Activations" before the lock out took effect. When the Lock out
occurs you must call Symantec and request a reset. They may have made
changes that no longer allow that number of activations. Might be a good
idea to scan Symantec's Knowledge Base articles before attempting a
secondary install on a single Product Key.
