I fixed the "blank spot" problem!!!!
Although the script found no negative numbers, I still believed that you and "Kelly's Korner" had identified the problem for me. Since an item is missing from Control Panel Add/Remove, I thought about looking at the list with another uninstall program. I've had PCMag's Unclean on my system for a long time but I just thought of utilizing it for this purpose. Better late than never, I guess... Anyway, I found Microsoft Encarta 2000 in the Add/Remove list of Unclean but it did not appear in the Control Panel Add/Remove list. Also, alphabetically; this is the spot Encarta should be in-- blank space area. I removed Encarta with Unclean and now the blank space is gone. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! -- I want a big American automobile with tail fins.
