When/where are you getting that error message? A Google for
"osisijw.dll" brings up nothing which usually indicates that it is
malware. If you recently removed malware, then there is an orphaned
Start entry. Use the System Configuration Utility to remove it:

If you *haven't* removed malware lately, it's time to do so:

Even the correct dll name turns up nothing in a google search (osisoijw.dll)
- and McAffee indicated it was malware, which is why I deleted it.
Unfortunatley, it's linked to rundll, which I think is too important to
remove using the system configuration option to choose not to load rundll.

Same answer. Either use msconfig to remove the orphaned entry or start
cleaning up your computer.
