Go to Tools/Folder Options and then the View tab and configure it there. Yes, search will then show hidden files. -- Alias Use the Reply to Sender feature of your news reader program to email me. Open your Control Panel, then open Folder Options.
Click on the View tab, scroll down to "Show hidden files and folders", place a dot next to it and click Apply. -- Carey Frisch Microsoft MVP Windows - Shell/User Microsoft Community Newsgroups news://msnews.microsoft.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "DJW" wrote: | Where in XP do I turn on to show hidden files?
