Default Briefcase option missing

1. How do I restore the option to create a briefcase on a folder with
file>new menu. the option is not there?
2. How do I cleanup some of the programs that have been added to the right
context menu?

thanks
Bob

This prior posting might resolve your Briefcase issue: If so, you can thank
Ramesh.

"You need to enable the "Enable Dragging and Dropping" Option in your start
menu properties. Follow these steps:

Classic Start Menu:
Right-click Taskbar, Properties, click Start Menu tab, choose Customize
Enable the option "Enable Dragging and Dropping."

For New Start Menu:
Right-click Taskbar, Properties, click Start Menu tab, choose Customize
Click "Advanced" tab and enable the option "Enable Dragging and Dropping."

Bob,

For Problem #1:

Get TweakUI from here:

TweakUI v2.00 for Windows XP/XP MCE [564 KB].
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

TweakUI v2.10 for Windows XP SP1/XP MCE/2003 [147 KB].
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe

Install and run TweakUI. Select "Templates" and put a checkmark near
"Briefcase"
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Thank you for the fast response. My bag is ready to be packed. Got a new
notebook and 1GB thumbdrive and this is probably the easiest way to synch
files.
