I have a set of 2 diskettes - one of them is bootable.
I would like to make a boot cd from these 2 diskettes. I tried Roxio Easy Media cretor-- but it allows only 1 diskette to be used. I tried to copy ALL the files from these diskettes to Cd, but hen it is not bootable. I made images (using Roxio) as ISO, and copied them to Cd, but still not bootable My questions are 1) Is anyway to make a bootable cd from 2 diskettes (NOT multiple boot) 2) is there a way to combine 2 images into 1 -- Posted using the http://www.windowsforumz.com interface, at author's request Articles individually checked for conformance to usenet standards Topic URL: http://www.windowsforumz.com/Making-...ict447340.html Visit Topic URL to contact author (reg. req'd). As a general approach, I'd try this: - Get WinImage (30 day evaluation) from http://www.winimage.com/. - Read the first, bootable floppy into WinImage. - Change the format of the image to 2.88MB. - Add the files from the second floppy to the image. - Save the image to a file. - Use that image file in your CD recording application. -- RoRo |
