Default Windows Explorer Problem

I have a very confusing problem. In Windows Explorer iahve som folders that I
am unable to open, delete, move, etc. I can browse these same foldrs, and
copy data to and from them form with in Internet Explorer by navigating to my
C:\ in the address bar. How can I fix this problem?
