On my guest account only it takes about 15 min. for My Document, My Computer,
and Recycling Bin folders to open after clicking on them. All others are ok.
Can someone help?

There's a way to find out what might be causing the hold up, but it
might be more than your asking for.

Download and run RegMon
http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/regmon.html

Set the exclude filters to hide the common task, then watch what
happens when you open one of those directories; take it from there.
