Hi

MCE 2005 is a Superset of XP Pro - so all Services will be included.

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/m...ation/faq.mspx

Although MCE 2005 is only available as an OEM version.

OK - so if I have two computer one with MCE and the other with XP pro, both
legit copies. I want MCE on both. Can I do a clean install of MCE on the
machine that has pro using the product key from XP Pro?

Plus you need an additional license to install it on the second machine.
