I have the same problem. I only have one user, set up with Admin rights, but
the computer thinks I dont have sufficient rights. I have tried creating new
accounts, all as administrator, and still no luck. You'd be surprised how
little you can do on your pc without admin rights.

Do you have any ideas how one might get this fixed?
