Hi:
I am using remote desktop connection to remote from one XP machine to another. I have selected "leave at remote computer" for sounds on the Options - Local Resources tab of the computer doing the connecting. My shortcut for the remote desktop has "/console" at the end, as I have found in the past that adding that switch is necessary to get sounds to work at the remote computer. However, no sounds work at the remote computer. Even though I am using the "remote" switch, the machine being remoted to logs off and shows the logon page whenever I connect, even if I am connecting with the same user account that is logged on currently--usually using the "remote" option means that at the computer being remoted to the remote user actually shows up and starts moving the mouse around. How do I get sounds to work at the remote computer? Thanks, Kayda |
